Elon, North Carolina, United States of America
Tikkun Olam Makers (TOM) at Elon University is a collaborative, impact-driven community where students design and build real solutions to real human challenges. Rooted in the idea of “repairing the world,” our chapter brings together passionate problem-solvers to work on hands-on projects that improve accessibility, independence, and quality of life for individuals in need.
What makes our TOM community unique is its close integration with the Elon Engineering Club. By connecting with engineers, designers, and innovators across disciplines, we’re able to turn ideas into functional prototypes and meaningful solutions. This partnership strengthens both communities—combining technical expertise with a strong mission-driven focus.
Through collaboration, TOM at Elon fosters a space where creativity meets purpose. Whether you're interested in engineering, social impact, healthcare, or simply making a difference, our community welcomes anyone ready to learn, create, and contribute.
