TOM @ Pratt was founded in 2020 by Eugene Brukhman with help from faculty advisor Tessa Maffucci. The community was started in order to establish a practice of design as a means for social good at the Pratt campus, as well as bring students across campus together to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration. TOM @ Pratt will be partnering with the TOM chapter at Columbia University to widen the scope of collaboration and broaden the impact possible at these two schools.
