The challenge

The rollerblader needs to push the person in wheelchair through a solid handlebar. Thus, the project aims to build a handlebar that can be fixed to any kind of wheelchair, resists to pressure, and rotations, be light and comfortable for the pusher

Walking stick: light material, ergonomics and ensuring wheelchair remains stick to ground with pushing pressure

Connected to bars existing on all wheelchairs, easily removable

Connectors resistant to repetitive twists

Horizontal handles for ergonomics

Handlebar made out of height adjustable walking stick
