Tefillin Wrapper

The challenge

Mr. Babad has limited dexterity and movement in his arms and fingers, limiting his ability to wrap Tefillin on his own. The challenge is to create a solution to allow Mr. Babad to increase daily independence and wrap tefillin on his own.
