Toddler Food Cart

Toddler Food Cart - open-source assistive technology prototype by the Braude community

About this project

The solution offers height-adjusted hand grips for toddlers, enabling an unobstructed view while pushing a food cart.

The challenge

The daycare uses a food cart to transfer meals from the kitchen to the classes. The toddlers practice walking while driving the cart, without adjustments the food may spill, and toddlers field of view, while pushing the cart, is obstructed.

Who it helps

Dekel daycare staff and toddlers. Israel Elwyn operates early intervention programs for toddlers aged six months to three years providing rehabilitative services and comprehensive care to toddlers with cognitive and motor developmental delay.
