Iron Mina
About this project
The team put together a light-weight, adjustable ironing board she can use while sitting down so she does not need to lift anything or stand up for long periods of time.
The challenge
She wanted to be able to continue ironing for her family.
Who it helps
Mina is 86 and loves ironing. She spends a lot of her time doing that, but she finds it hard to stand for a long time and to lift the iron.
