The MedEngeneering team from Karaganda, Kazakhstan developed the lower extremity exoskeleton for Dastan so that he can walk. The impulse from the muscles enters the microprocessor, which works according to the written code - and certain actions can be performed. It weights 15 kg which makes it easy to wear independently by person.
Dastan Alymbekov, a 21-year-old student living in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. He spent 10 years using a wheelchair with a diagnosis of derboid cyst that restricts his mobility. The MedEngeneering team from Karaganda, Kazakhstan developed the lower extremity exoskeleton for Dastan so that he can walk.
