Personalised shopping list
The challenge
Geoffery's executive functioning impacts his ability of planning the shopping list and navigating in the supermarket. This personalised shopping list aims to support Geoffery's independence in shopping in Woolworth in Toorak Road and IGA in Glenferrie Rd.
Who it helps
Geoffery recently moved to Hawthorn and lives by himself. He has two brothers living nearby, who are very supportive to him. He had nuchal birth injury, which impacts his speech and executive functioning. However, he still has good memory.
How it works
The personalised shopping book uses colour coding system, visualised shopping item stickers to support Geoffery on creating his shopping list and navigating the aisles in supermarket.
A personalised shopping book is introduced to Geoffery with laminated shopping items, which Geoffery often shops.
