The challenge

This product is needed because Yinon, like others missing fingers, struggles to securely grip and control manual tools such as chisels and hammers. Without the middle fingers, holding tools is unstable and tiring, making precise or safe work difficult.

Who it helps

Individuals with limited finger function, or with missing fingers, who need to securely and dynamically hold tools for manual tasks.

How it works

The elastic strap applies adjustable tension that mimics the pressure of missing fingers, restoring a stable, dynamic grip. This lets the user securely hold and control chisels and hammers, improving precision, comfort, and safety in manual stone-working.

A custom adaptive glove that uses an elastic strap to recreate the missing fingers’ grip, allowing the user to securely hold and control manual tools like chisels and hammers safely and comfortably without prosthetics or power tools.
