Stabilizer for painting ceramic ware

The challenge

The project is designed to meet the needs of Mark, who has paralysis in his left hand and increasing tremors in his right. Currently, the tremors prevent him from painting for extended periods.

Who it helps

This project was designed to meet Mark's needs. Mark experiences increasing tremors in his right arm caused by applying pressure to various locations on the arm.

How it works

There are 2 main solutions for Mark's tremors:

Hand Rest Device- to help pressure applied to the forearm and elbow. Rotating Painting Surface- a rotating surface that have a locking mechanism to prevent movement.

The arm rest - a device that rises and decends that allows his hand to rest on a padded cushion.

The painting surface - rotatinng table with a locking mechanism designed to prevent axial spin.

The brush grip - in a way that is comfortable for him to hold
