Stand-UP

About this project

The Stand-UP device is an inflating cushion which was designed to help Benny lift himself up from a sitting to a standing position.

The challenge

Standing up from the wheelchair to the walker requires physical efforts and Benny would like to manage this task with only minimal assistance.

Who it helps

Benny is a lovely 90 years old gentleman who has been very active all his life and who would like to maintain some independence despite his strong motor function impairment.
