Art Man - Balance
About this project
The team created a unique brace with an electromagnetic knee. Whenever she puts her leg on the ground, the brace locks her leg, keeping her balanced while walking.
The challenge
The team wants to put hinges with electromagnets on her knee, that will help her balance herself.
Who it helps
Milena is 30 years old and has Muscular dystrophy (MD). She can't move her fingers. She also cannot keep herself balanced and has problems with her ankles, she can fall to the side.
