Ahiya is an athlete and trains in a sports rehabilitation program of the Tikvot Association. Today he is familiar with his practice field and can navigate it without guidance, but needs guidance to ride a precise variable course. Ahiya's riding instructors see in him competitive potential in reining, a competition based on precise horse control in a predetermined course. In order for Ahiya to compete, he has to control the horse and navigate in circles and straight lines on unfamiliar courses. The solution Ahiya is seeking is a technology which will allow him to know at any given moment where he is in order to complete a predetermined course.
Ahiya Klein, age 27, served as an officer in the Yahalom unit. He was wounded during an operation in Gaza in 2014 and lost sight in both eyes.
