Taking care of his baby daughter

The challenge

Amit is a new father, but due to a complex injury which prevents him from holding his left hand stably and comfortably for a long period of time, he is unable to properly hold his daughter. Amit is seeking a solution which will enable him to comfortably secure his hand at the right angle that will make it possible for him to hold his daughter without help.

Who it helps

Amit Dafni was injured in an accident caused when the driver of the truck he commanded fell asleep during an operational activity on the Israeli-Egyptian border. Suffering multiple system injuries and much physical damage, he was extracted by Unit 669. Today he is a husband, a father, and a lawyer.
