This project is for people with upper limb weakness or paralysis, who are at risk of shoulder subluxation. The solution is a few 3D-printed parts to help connect a ready-made transparent folding table securely to a wheelchair. This allows users to get in and out more independently and also meets caregivers’ needs for visibility and ease of use.
Today in rehabilitation they use a full table that does not allow exit and entry without the help of a therapist/family member
