The Drinking Can Opener is a 3D printed tool that helps users open cans on their own.

Why:

People who have challenges with fine motor skills and/or a weak grip can struggle to open cans on their own because the standard design requires one to firmly grip the tab and pull.

Who:

This tool is designed to help individuals who have difficulties with fine motor skills and/or a weak grip.

How:

This solution utilizes the principle of leverage to help users open cans on their own by converting the "pull" action to a "push" action - all one needs to do is hook the key of the tool and push.
