About this project

A painting tool grip that allows the user to paint or draw with different tools easily and comfortably. It's made from flexible material (TPU) that you can 3D print and modify to the user's hand dimensions.

The challenge

Tair is a 25 years old woman who was born with cerebral palsy. Her favorite hobby is painting but she struggles to do that because of difficulties controlling her muscles. Right now Tair paints with a rubber band tied to her hand and it's really painful.

For people who have trouble to hold painting tools inside their hands.

For people with limited dexterity who wish to use painting and drawing tools with their hands.

It's made especially for Tair's hand and has 2 straps : the first one makes it easy to put it on Tair's hand and the second one to hold any painting tool easliy. It's made from flexible material that is comfortable and easy to clean.
