Team ipad - open-source assistive technology challenge by the Singapore community

The challenge

Vasishta is looking for a glove that allows persons with spastic fingers to use

smart devices.

Vasishta (16) is a student with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. He uses a

motorized wheelchair and his iPad at school. However, due to his stiffness

in his right hand, he has difficulties accessing his iPad without having the

other fingers interfering with his desired action. He is currently using a stylus

that is attached to a cloth with Velcro to strap around his fingers but it

keeps slipping off.
