The challenge
Sun Ling is looking for a solution to travel out with her motorized wheelchair whether rain or shine.
Who it helps
Sun Ling (18) has global developmental delay (GDD) and spastic quadriplegia. She enjoys traveling using her motorized wheelchair within her neighborhood. She will also be required to travel out for work. As Sun
Ling cannot hold an umbrella while maneuvering her wheelchair, she is unable to leave her home during rainy days for fear that her wheelchair will get wet and damaged in the rain.
