The challenge

The Shepherd Center strives to increase patients' independence when

performing activities of daily living. Mirrors can aid with various daily

activities, like intermittent catheterization, self-grooming, colostomy bag

changes, and more.

Intended users of this Adjustable Mirror are individuals that need a portable

mirror to perform various activities of daily living.

How it works

The Adjustable Mirror limits the need for phone camera usage or large

mirrors by using a small, adjustable mirror that can be taken anywhere

by the user.

The Adjustable Mirror is a handheld, 3D printed device that uses a

rotatable and foldable mirror to allow the user to easily perform various

activities of daily living.
