PTSD is one of the most common injuries among wounded IDF soldiers, yet an effective cure has not yet been found. There are several existing solutions, but due to the variety of symptoms and factors, it is difficult to find accessible, effective and adaptable solutions. One way to deal with attacks is to recognize them in the initial stages and train the brain to react accordingly and control the situation. Itay is seeking a solution that will help him monitor and identify attacks and address them before they intensify.
Itay Eliasian was injured in Gaza during Operation Protective Edge in 2014 and since has been suffering from PTSD.
