This project device allows a person with dementia and his family members to create and take part in a Sabagram group in a friendly way that is suitable for his abilities. Family members can join the group and take part in it by using the Sabagram application or by using the desktop version. The person with dementia (the user) connects the group by A dedicated control panel, connected to a setup box on the TV and a camera installed on the TV are set to connect the user to the group as described in the scheme on the next page.
The main purpose of Sabagram is to maintain and strengthen the relationships between a person with dementia and his family members and to offer this person a fun leisure activity and a suitable cognitive training using different types of games.
Sabagram is a simple and intuitive interface, made to meet the needs and abilities of people with mild dementia.
