An arm amputation poses multiple challenges to the amputeeās ability to perform basic daily tasks such as using both hands to eat using utensils.
This project was designed and developed with two Need Knowers, Ester and Shula. Both women are below-the-elbow amputees who hoped to achieve greater independence in the kitchen.
