The challenge

Amputees who want to take an active part in household chores and wash dishes.

Who it helps

Amputees who want to wash dishes. The project is designed for an above-elbow prosthesis but may be suitable for a below-elbow prosthesis.

How it works

Or uses the active hand to rotate the utensil (cup/plate/cutlery) on top of the sponge, thus cleaning the utensil and then rinsing with water.
