The TOM community at Columbia University was founded with the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science in 2019. Last February 2020 the TOM Fellow at Columbia University put together the first event, a Makeathon in the university’s Makerspace. As the current TOM Fellow at Columbia, I hope to continue upon this success by designing impactful projects for the NYC community and further strengthening connections through hands-on build workshops.
