Hanukkiah For All - Electric Accessible Hanukkah Menorah

Hanukkiah For All - Electric Accessible Hanukkah Menorah - open-source assistive technology prototype by the Tel Aviv University community

The challenge

This Hanukkiah is designed to be accessible for people who may have limited dexterity or mobility challenges that make lighting traditional candles difficult or dangerous.

Who it helps

The users for this project are people with disabilities who want to fully participate in Hanukkah ceremonies and traditions.

How it works

The custom 3D printed design, battery powered lights, and adjustable button will enable those with dexterity, mobility, or other challenges to independently and safely light the Hanukkiah.

The solution I am offering is an open source 3D printed electric Hanukkiah that is customizable and accessible for people with disabilities.
