The challenge

AAC devices are invaluable tools that empower Alan, facilitate community engagement, and enhance his quality of life. Unfortunately, there are no available potection for his device to support his outdoor participation.

Who it helps

Alan has varied cultural interests and a strong independent streak, demonstrated by his personal style and daily activities; however, he's hindered by his communication device's vulnerability to weather and his mobility limitations.

How it works

By using the water-resistant and anti-glare cover, Alan's autonomy and community engagement can be enhanced as he can navigate his environment and communicate without barriers.
