TOM@University of Pennsylvania was established in 2020. Our goal is to integrate TOM into all areas of Penn’s campus, including courses, labs and local maker spaces. The TOM Community at Penn aims to facilitate the connection between students creating devices and individuals in Philadelphia with unmet needs. We work in partnership with Penn Engineering, Penn Hillel, and other TOM Chapters in the region.
