The challenge

This project is needed for Martin and many others like him that don't have developed arms, and who have problems in his/her life that require a robotic arm for. Even though he does everything, being without an arm brings difficulties.

Who it helps

My need-knower is Martin and he is almost 8 years old. Martin was born this way, without any genetics disease, here are no name for what he haves, so he he calls himself “special”. He went to many doctors, all of them say he was born that way.

How it works

The idea is to make Martin more independet form his mother, something that he is desparte about, the prothesis will help him feel like a regular kid, and the bidet will help him feel more comftarble going to the bathrrom alone wihtout any help.

The solution we are offering for Martin is to create a prototype of a robotic arm that he can use on a daily basis and a bidet, One of the biggest problems that Martin has without his arm is going to the bathroom on his own.
