The purpose of this device is to provide the need-knower with a comfortable, familiar, and accommodating gaming controller that he can use if limited by the classic gaming controller configuration. This device is an arcade-like gaming controller with two joysticks and 15 push buttons, each wired to various dismantled gaming controllers.
He is unable to effectively use the console controllers designed for a standard hand shape. We are making a specialized and customized control board for various console controllers that he can use with the same functionality as a normal controller.
Zion is a middle schooler and a TOM:Vanderbilt celebrity! He loves sports, playing everything from rugby to basketball. He has ectrodactyly, and only has pinkies on his hand, and amputated legs below the knees. His energy at our events make them what they are!!
