TOM: Melbourne is part of a global movement dedicated to creating, developing and disseminating solutions for the neglected needs of individuals living with a disability. TOM works by connecting Need-Knowers (individuals living with a deep understanding of neglected challenges, often an individual living with a disability) with teams of Makers (engineers, designers, developers, problem solvers, OT’s etc.) to create the public domain assistive technology solutions.
